Program Description:
Universidad Nebrija is a private and independent institution with approximately 5,000 students and 5 campuses in the greater Madrid area.

Accredited by the Spanish Ministry of Education, Nebrija offers undergraduate, graduate, and short-term programs that provide both experiential learning and personalized attention to students. With a strong emphasis on internationalization since its creation, Nebrija has a long tradition of welcoming students from all over the world.

Exchange students can apply to one of five different programs: four “Integrated Programs” in which students choose a university faculty and study alongside Spanish students in Spanish or English, or the Hispanic Studies Program, designed for students who want to study Spanish language and culture (available for anyone from complete beginners to heritage speakers). All classes are university credit-bearing.

The city of Madrid is home to such attractions as the Prado Museum and the Real Madrid’s “Santiago Bernabeu” stadium, but thousands of students from all over the world also quickly make the Spanish capital their home. Many international students choose to live in a Spanish homestay for a cultural and linguistic immersion experience (highly recommended!), but other types of housing are also available.

Exchange students may apply for one semester or for the full academic year. More information about the application process, program content, and entry requirements are available online: http://www.nebrija.com/programas-internacionales/study-abroad-madrid-spain/
