Madeline Stenersen is one of the International Education Advisors here at Rhodes College seeing sophomores and juniors who are interested in studying abroad.  Madeline received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa in 2013.  She then received her Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI in 2015 before moving to Memphis to work towards her PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Memphis. Madeline primarily works with first and second year students who are interested in studying abroad as well as students who are interested in participating in Summer programs. Madeline has a specific passion for helping individuals find the program that will fit right for them and serve their needs as a college student towards their degree as well as their career and personal goals for after they graduate. The Buckman Center is here to guide students from the beginning of their choosing a program to after they return and begin their adjustment to once again living at Rhodes.  Madeline has studied abroad herself throughout Europe during high school and then most recently, in Summer of 2016 when she traveled to Thailand on an International Social Justice Program.
