Dr. Ovrebo is the Associate Director of International programs. She oversees our affiliated and international partnerships including exchange programs, and directs our study abroad student services. Dr. Ovrebo also participates in developing new partnerships and programs, campus wide internationalization efforts, and grant writing. She is responsible for the scholarship and financial aid component of all study abroad programs. Dr. Ovrebo received her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Memphis in 2009 and worked as an Assistant Professor at the University of Memphis Counseling Psychology Program from 2010-2020. She has developed and led multiple undergraduate and graduate study abroad programs to Norway, China, and Thailand and has built new exchange partnerships in Latin America, Asia, and Europe. Dr. Ovrebo has 18 years experience working as an international educator, administrator, leader, and researcher.
