Guide for Planning an Off-Campus Program
Off-Campus programs and activities led by Rhodes faculty and staff create valuable learning opportunities for our students. Such international programs and activities include, but are not limited to Maymesters, conferences, research projects, or volunteer experiences.
All programs or activities should be proposed and approved well in advance. Approval may be granted by the Provost or the Dean of Students depending upon the type of activity proposed. Please review the Nuts and Bolts of Planning a Study Abroad Program (PDF) for important information and relevant forms.
