Log in to the Online Portal for Off-Campus Study Applications
Search for your program
Click "Apply Now" to begin your Off-Campus Study Application. Only Click "Apply Now" One Time.
Submit any required documents (e.g., course approval forms) and/or deposits to the Buckman Center, Burrow Hall, Lower Level.

Step 3: Apply to Your Program (only applicable for Non-Rhodes Programs)

Once you have chosen a program, submit your application through that program's home page (e.g., AIFS, API, CIEE, IFSA-BUTLER, etc.)
You will need to complete and submit several sections

Step 4: Passports and  Visas

Do you need to Apply for, or Renew, your Passport?

Here′s the Official US Government Passport Site with forms and information.
This can take up to 3 months... so get started.

Do you need a visa to study in your Host Country?

Check the Official US Government International Travel Site.
You should ALSO review the Embassy/Consular Site for your Host Country.
This can also be a months-long process, and can't begin without both a valid passport and the acceptance to your program.
Your program representative should tell you if you need to file applications for things such as Residency Permits.

*ALL Applications are due by 11:59 pm on the deadline date. Late or incomplete applications may not be considered.
